Brother and sister duo Nicholas and Heather Larimer along with bandmates Yoshi Nakamoto and Nevada Jones, engange in a witty french banter with vocal matter ranging from politics, to soccer, to imperialism with the just the right amount of romance and life-lessons thrown in. Eux Autres (pronounced OOZ-OH-TRA) balances their heavy lyrical content with light-hearted, nonchalant notes in compact sound form, a style which frankly makes their message easy to miss. While they are not discouraged by the fact that few people have any idea what they are talking about, please, don't call Eux Autres fun, even though they definitely are. Eux Autres "sounds like the unrequited love song Doug Martsch would have penned for Francoise Hardy, had the time/space continuum conveniently collapsed" (www.euxautres.com).
